Paradis
David Paradis joined the firm in 1994. He became a partner in
1995. He specializes in civil trial work in multiple areas including
commercial transaction claims, construction claims, real estate
claims, and insurance defense claims.
David has been
active in the Oregon State Bar for 16 years. He has served as the
Chairperson of the Federal Practice and Procedure Committee. He
has served on the Oregon Council on Court Procedures. He is currently
a member of the Uniform Jury Instruction Committee.
David earned
his law degree from Willamette University School of Law where he
graduated Cum Laude in 1985. He attained his undergraduate degree
in Spanish and Political Science from Southern Oregon State College.
He attended a semester at Guanajuato University in Guanajuato, Mexico.
Guanajuato is the Sister City to Ashland.
In his spare
time he enjoys spending time with his wife and four children and
enjoys camping, horseback riding and basketball.
