Lee A. Mills
Lee Mills
joined the firm in 1975 and continues with the firm in an of counsel
capacity.
He specializes in a multitude of areas,
including business law, commercial litigation,
creditor's rights matters, real property issues
and domestic relations matters where significant assets are
involved.
Lee has been
active in the Oregon State
Bar for over 30 years. He has served on the
Executive Committee of the Debtor / Creditor's Section.
He is President of the Bear Creek Greenway Foundation and has served on its board for 20 years. In 1997, Lee received the Distinguished Service Award from the Oregon Parks Foundation.
Lee earned his
law degree from Willamette University School of
Law after attaining his undergraduate degree from Oregon State University
in Nuclear Engineering.
In his spare
time, Lee enjoys reading, cycling and hiking. He and
his wife, Susan, enjoy five children and three grandchildren.
