Mark R. Weaver

Mark joined the firm in 1996 as an associate and became a partner in 2001. He specializes in civil litigation including insurance defense, commercial litigation and collections.

Mark earned his law degree from Willamette University College of Law. While there he was a member of the Law Review and graduated cum laude. He completed his undergraduate degree
at Willamette University and is fluent in Spanish.

Mark served as the President of the Jackson County Bar Association for 2006-07 and is currently a pro tem judge in Jackson County. He was a fellow in the Oregon State Bar Leadership College in 2007 and serves on Oregon’s Council on Court Procedures. He and his wife volunteer time as Foster Parents.

Mark enjoys fishing, hiking and playing basketball and on nights
and weekends he is presently involved in building a house for
his family utilizing skills learned while employed for years in the
construction industry.
