Todd B. Maddox
A partner at Brophy, Schmor, Gerking, Brophy, Paradis &
Maddox, LLP, Todd Maddox joined the firm in 1991, following graduation from Willamette University College of Law, and admission to the Oregon State Bar. Todd specializes in estate planning and administration. This includes wills and trusts, estate tax planning, probate, and representing fiduciaries. Todd prepares estate and inheritance tax returns and keeps current in this complex and fast changing area of the law. Todd also is knowledgeable in elder law, and works with secured lending transactions, real estate transactions and business entities and transactions.
Todd is past President of the Southern Oregon Estate Planning Council, and a speaker on estate planning. Todd is past president of the Providence Community Health Foundation, and of its executive and planned giving committees, which are instrumental in raising charitable gifts for the support of Providence Medford Medical Center.
Todd was raised in Ashland, Oregon and earned his undergraduate degree from Southern Oregon State College. Todd and his wife Shannon have one son. Todd enjoys the numerous recreational opportunities available in Southern Oregon, and is thankful to be practicing law in such a nice area and with such great partners, associates, staff and clients.
